Mandatorium

Your business software, on autopilot — without ever leaving your building.

Mandatorium is an AI agent that operates the ERP, accounting, and business applications you already run — clicking, typing, and reading screens the way a person would, or calling their API when one exists. Describe the task in plain language; it happens inside the software you already trust.

The model runs on your own machine or your own server, by default. Nothing about your business — invoices, customers, figures — reaches someone else's cloud unless you decide to send it there yourself.

How it works

Ask for something in plain language — "raise this client's credit limit," "chase the five oldest unpaid invoices." Mandatorium finds the exact button, field, or menu inside your software and acts, the way an employee would. When the application offers an API, it uses that instead — but it never writes straight into a database. Skipping an application's own screens and rules is exactly what corrupts records and breaks integrations; Mandatorium always goes through the front door.

Classic automation tools ask for an integration before they can do anything — an API to wire up, a script to maintain, one more system to learn. Mandatorium works the other way round: it uses the application exactly as your team already does, through the same screens, so there is nothing to build before the first task runs. Every write action pauses for a human's explicit approval before it happens, and a Skill only ever holds the permissions for the one application it was built for — a mistake in one Skill has no way to reach another.

Skill — Each task Mandatorium can perform is packaged as a Skill — a small, reviewable definition of what it is allowed to do in one particular application.

Guild — Need a Skill nobody has built yet? The Guild is where independent publishers offer Skills that have been reviewed and cryptographically signed before anyone installs them.

What ships by default

Integrations

Odoo, out of the box. Excel and Word files, and anything on the local filesystem. Sage accounting. And when your ERP or accounting package offers no usable API, screen automation reaches whatever a person could reach by clicking — no connector to wait for.

Channels

Talk to Mandatorium from Telegram, Slack, or its own web chat — wherever your team already spends its day. A request typed from a phone on the way to a meeting runs exactly like one typed at a desk.

Mandatorium Studio

Need a Skill for an application nobody has built yet? It generates one from a description of the task, included and free of charge. The Skill it produces belongs to you outright: no licence, no attribution required. Try it below, no purchase required.

Try Mandatorium Studio, free

You do not need a Mandatorium licence to use this. Point it at an OpenAPI description, an Odoo installation, or a web page, and it writes a Skill Draft you can inspect, correct, and reuse. No account, no email address, nothing to fill in — download it and install it.

The download is an archive holding a real setup program — no administrator rights needed, it installs into your own user profile with a shortcut and a clean uninstall. Once installed, run Mandatorium.Studio.Console with no argument for the list of commands.
